Michael De Sane is a licensed NFL Agent with over a decade of experience working in the sports industry. He takes pride in being an honest, accountable, and reliable professional. He is well versed in negotiating contracts, marketing deals, and building multi-million dollar businesses. Mike is hands-on with each of his players and believes in building personal relationships to ensure that he meets their needs, as they are his number one priority. Mike has represented drafted and undrafted NFL players and is committed to ensuring they succeed on and off the field. It is imperative that his players grow and develop as players and, more importantly, as men. Residing in his hometown, Bronx, New York, Michael is heavily involved with his local community as a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and as a co-founder of NBSEP “National Black Sports and Entertainment Professionals.” This non-profit focuses on normalizing diversity within the front office of sports and entertainment companies. They also aim to be the leading organization educating and empowering black professionals in these industries. He volunteers for church community service events, feeds the homeless, and participates in children’s toy drives during the holiday season.
